The inviting hosts, Elena and Alexandros will welcome you to the fully renovated apartments. The apartments guarantee you a cozy and relaxed stay for unique and unforgettable holidays. Guests can enjoy a fresh environment combined with comfortable balconies and spacious yards in a beautiful flower- and organic-veggie garden.

The apartments are just 100 m. from the organized long and sandy beach. Plakias Riviera is located in the center of the village in 1’ minute walk from the bus stop, restaurants and supermarkets.

All apartments are newly renovated in the late 2018 and beginning of 2019. Comfortable living extends into each apartment home with upgraded electrical appliances, super comfortable beds and luxurious mattresses. Each spacious one or two-bedroom ground floor apartment has a private balcony, patio or front yard, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi and free parking. All our homes also have private entrances.

Location & beaches
The village is famous for its long sandy beaches all with crystal clear water, surrounded by olive trees, gorges and tall mountains. Just 5 to 15 minutes drive, visitors can enjoy the beautiful beaches of Souda, Damnoni, Ammoudaki, Ammoudi, Skinaria and the famous Preveli palm beach.

Activites
Activities such as water sports, snorkeling, horse riding, trekking, cycling can guarantee you unforgettable experiences. You can ask Elena for more information and she can make you reservations for activities or trips.

Food & Night life
Plakias offers a great variety of restaurants or family tavernas with excellent food. For night lovers, there is an interesting variety of cafes and bars to sit or dance till late.

Transportation
Plakias is located on the south coast of Crete with easy access from Heraklion and Chania airports and public transport is frequent to the town of Rethymnon where you can catch a bus to Rethymnon.
